Brian Ramsay from Inovact Consulting is delighted to be a part of forming the new peak body, International Development Contractors Community (IDCC).

The IDCC represents independent consultants and private sector contractors working with the Australian aid program. IDCC’s vision is to play an essential and distinctive role in contributing to Australia’s aid and international development agenda, ensuring that members are part of delivering an effective aid program which makes a strong and positive impact in developing countries.

The IDCC recognised the opportunity for their prospective members, the international development contracting sector, to form an inclusive and modern peak body that can shape and achieve positive change for the sector.

As the Asia Pacific representative of DAI, Inovact’s Managing Director Brian Ramsay worked alongside fellow IDCC initial directors Colin Adams of Cardno and Therese Faulkner of Coffey International Development to create the IDCC and launch the new organization at the 2018 DFAT Aid Suppliers Conference on 15 February 2018.
