Brian Ramsay is the Managing Director of Inovact Consulting, a specialist management consulting firm based in Canberra. Inovact works with different sectors of Australia’s rural industry to unravel complexity and create more value for businesses and service bodies.

Brian has over 20 years of experience in helping leaders, organisations and industries in the agricultural sector to strategise, thrive, and excel amid shifting markets. He has equipped industry players with the ability to innovate and respond effectively in line with community views and in accordance with government policy.

Brian's expertise has worked in a variety of leadership roles with strategic and operational responsibility for transformational change. Brian established and was the CEO of Australian Pork Ltd, a unique and innovative $20m integrated industry service company.

Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree; a Professional Development Certificate in Coaching Practice from the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology and is an Adjunct Professor with the Faculty of Business, Government and Law at the University of Canberra.
