"A real advantage in having Brian involved in setting up the IDCC is his depth of knowledge and understanding of international development in Australia. He was able to bring his knowledge of the sector to the written work that we put in place for the IDCC, and he was able to have those conversations with potential members about why it would be beneficial for them to be part of the IDCC. Brian is very knowledgeable, he knows the subject matter and is very comfortable with it, and he demonstrated some solid leadership skills in setting up the IDCC."
