Brian Ramsay, Managing Director

Bridget Murray, Consultant

 

Brian Ramsay specialises in helping leaders, teams and organisations to adapt and be more effective in engaging with and influencing their external environment to produce results.

His career is characterised by a passion for helping people, organisations and rural industries respond effectively to shifting markets, community views and government policy.

Brian’s experience is unique in having worked in a variety of leadership roles including as a CEO with strategic and operational responsibility for achieving complex structural change across an industry. Now, as the founding director of Inovact Consulting, he advises leaders on how to succeed in design and implementation of market-facing strategies, structures and services that will create dramatic and lasting business value.

Before founding Inovact Consulting, Brian established and led Australian Pork Ltd, an innovative $20m industry services company.

Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree; is a member of the Course Advisory Group with the University of Canberra’s School of Government and policy; has a Professional Development Certificate in Coaching Practice from the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology; and was a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors for almost 15 years.

 

Bridget joins Inovact as a Consultant with a background in heritage management, archaeology and research. She holds a Bachelor degree in Arts, majoring in Archaeology and English Literature, and a Post-graduate degree in Museum Education and Heritage Interpretation from the Australian National University.

Bridget’s experience has provided her with a strong understanding of communications, research and the practical application of knowledge to business and industry. Bridget has worked and studied internationally in North America and Europe and has proven experience negotiating industry development within large organisations. Bridget has a deep interest in history and cultural heritage and the insights and learning it offers today’s leaders.
